CANDLE CASE PACKS
Case packs are for shipping and handling purposes only, scents may be mixed to customers desire.
16oz Apothecary Candles sold by the dozen @ $12.50 x 12 = $150
6oz Travel Tins are sold by units of 24 @ $6.50 x 24 = $156
Payment must be made by pre-paid check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) or Paypal. Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received.
LEAD TIME + INVOICING
Anything ordered in the Jack Baker Candle Co. Wholesale Marketplace will ship within 10-12 business days, unless otherwise specified. Please inquire about orders of more than 300 candles as we may need more time to produce larger quantities. If you would like your order to be shipped by a certain date before 10-12 business days past date of order placement, our rush fee is 25% of the total order price.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Free US Shipping for orders $500 and over
Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Jack Baker Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Jack Baker Candle Co. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to your account. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
